Microsoft Unified Communications Specialists

PBX Integration

We are able to integrate all PBXs with Microsoft Exchange 2007 UM and Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007.  Whatever the model of PBX it can be connected in one of three ways:
Directly via SIP trunking
Via a Microsoft certified media gateway
Via SIPmerge - SIP/UDP to SIP/TCP conversion
Gateways and SIPmerge are used to interconnect networks that use different voice and/or signalling protocols by physically connecting and converting between them.  We supply Microsoft UC certified gateways from ApplianX, AudioCodes, Dialogic and Quintum.


Client Engagement Model

Multimedia Gatways



We supply gateways from ApplianX, AudioCodes, Dialogic and Quintum.  A network device that converts voice and fax calls, in real time, between the public switched telephone network (PSTN) and an IP network.  The primary functions of a VoIP gateway include, voice and fax compression/decompression, packetisation, call routing and control signalling

Servers

We provide a full range of servers from leading manufacturers including Dell, Intel, Sun, IBM and HP/Compaq, incorporating rack-mount (PCI), CompactPCI and AdvancedTCA formats, in both commercial and NEBS configurations.  As POSTcti have direct links with the manufacturers we are able to obtain special pricing for these platforms, enabling you to gain a competitive edge with your solution.

Endpoint Supply and Maintenance

To get the best user experience from the RTAudio and RTVideo functionality in Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 and Live Meeting 2007 you need to specify and source Microsoft certified end point devices.  POSTcti distribute a complete range of end points from all the major vendors including Jabra, LG-Nortel, Microsoft, Plantronics and Polycom.  These devices consist of IP and USB telephones, USB cordless and corded headsets, webcams and video conferencing cameras.  We are the first EU distributor able to supply the Microsoft RoundTable videoconferencing device.  POSTcti also provide the services to install, configure and support these devices along with warranties and hot-swap warranties.
